Old habits die hard

Part of the definition of insanity is repeating the same behavior and expecting different results. Yet that’s exactly what most of us do when it comes to dating. Our correction is effective when we become an example.

Projection:

When we find our self correcting others, sometimes we do find our self in situations where someone is not listening to us.  Even if the correction is given with love it does not seem to work.  So we find our self at a loss how to make the other person understand.

Solution:

In order to make our words effective, we need to apply them in our own life.  When we first apply it in our life, we will become an example for others around us.  Our words would then surely have an impact on others.

Patience enables one to easily overcome obstacles.

Projection:

Usually, when faced with obstacles there is an urgency to remove it without any proper planning.  That means we want to overcome the obstacle without putting in any effort.  And when it is not possible, it tends to create impatience and frustration in us.

Solution:

It is important to do some internal work to overcome an obstacle.  First, it is good to check to what extent there is faith in the self.  With faith in our self, we need to plan out before we act to remove or overcome the obstacle and we find our self successful.

Contemplation:
Within us are a lot of treasures – the treasures of thoughts, time and virtues that we have not been using fully. The power within us enables us to recognize and use these treasures in a worthwhile way. The more we are able to work with them we find them increasing.

Application:
